I'm trying to deposit some funds onto a few different mobile casino apps, but I keep running into issues with the payment gateway. Specifically, I want to use Virgin Pay, but the site keeps giving me an error message when I try to link my account via my phone. Has anyone successfully used Virgin Pay on a mobile device for deposits recently? I'm worried that because I'm on mobile, the payment method might not be supported, or maybe I'm doing something wrong with the initial setup. Any step-by-step advice or confirmation that this payment method is reliable on mobile would be greatly appreciated.

I had success last week. Just make sure your phone number is linked correctly to the Virgin account first.

Be careful. I tried it on two different apps, and both failed. It seems like the casinos are blocking third-party mobile payments for deposits right now. Maybe try using a debit card instead?

Short answer: Yes, it works, but it's a pain. You have to go through the desktop version on your phone's browser, not the app itself, for the deposit link to activate properly. Give that a shot.

Has anyone else noticed that the error message just says 'Payment Failed' without any reason? I'm getting that too, and I've tried resetting my Virgin credentials multiple times. It's super frustrating.

I think the issue might be with the casino's side, not Virgin Pay. Some of these mobile platforms haven't updated their payment gateways to accept modern methods yet. You might need to stick to PayPal or a direct card entry.

Totally agree with the previous poster. I found that using the desktop site on my mobile browser bypassed the error I was getting in the app. It's a workaround, but it works.

I used it successfully! I was on the 'Lucky Slots' app. The key was making sure I was logged into the casino account first, and then initiating the deposit from the account balance page, not the main deposit screen. It made a huge difference.

Reply to the poster: Try clearing your browser cache and cookies before attempting the deposit. Sometimes old data interferes with the payment pop-up, especially when switching between mobile apps and payment gateways.

I'm having the same problem. Is it possible that Virgin Pay only supports deposits from certain geographical regions? I'm located in a major city, but maybe the service area is limited.

It's really annoying. I spent 20 minutes trying to link it, and it just timed out. I think I need to call Virgin support directly and ask them if they have any known compatibility issues with gaming sites.

Don't waste your time with Virgin Pay for mobile deposits. It's too unreliable right now. Just use a gift card code or a direct credit card entry. It's faster and guaranteed to work.

I found a thread suggesting that sometimes the casino requires you to deposit a very small amount first, just to validate the payment method link. It's a weird security measure, but it got me through the initial setup.

Seriously, just use a different method. I've tried everything, and the payment gateway keeps failing on my iPhone 14. It's not worth the headache.

It worked for me today. I think the system was having a temporary glitch, because when I tried it an hour ago, it failed, and when I tried it now, it went through smoothly. Try waiting a few hours and attempting it again.
