I've been trying to figure out the best way to maximize the rewards from the doubledown codes that just dropped. I read a few different threads, and some people are saying they only work on specific game modes, while others claim they are universal. Has anyone tested these codes recently and can confirm which ones are active? Also, is there a specific time window we need to redeem them within, or are they permanent? I don't want to waste effort on codes that are already expired or outdated.

They are definitely universal, but you have to redeem them through the main lobby portal, not in-game.

I found that the codes only work if you've completed the daily challenge first. It's a prerequisite, I think. Don't bother using them otherwise.

They are permanent until the season ends. I redeemed mine last week, and it was still active today. Don't stress about a deadline.

I think the issue is your account level. You might need to reach level 30 before the codes even become visible for redemption. That's what happened to me.

Long post: I've had terrible luck. I tried five different codes, and none of them seemed to do anything. I suspect that maybe the codes are randomized and only a few are active at any given time.
