I just cashed out a pretty decent amount after a few days of playing, and the withdrawal process was surprisingly slow. They initially told me it would take 24 hours, but it's been over 72 hours now, and I keep getting generic 'pending' messages. Has anyone successfully withdrawn large sums recently? I'm worried they might be holding it for some reason. I tried contacting support through the live chat, but the representative was unhelpful and just kept redirecting me to the FAQ page. I really hope it's just a processing delay and not some kind of issue with my account.

Mine took 48 hours, but it was fine. Just patience.

Seriously? 72 hours is way too long. You should escalate this through their official complaint channel, not just live chat. Sometimes you have to email the management directly and attach screenshots of your transaction history. Keep records of everything you say to them. It's frustrating, but sometimes that's the only way to get attention.

Check if they require KYC verification for large sums. That's usually the bottleneck.

Don't panic. Sometimes the bank side causes the delay, not the casino. It's usually a standard processing time.

I had a similar issue. They initially said 24 hours, and it was closer to 36. Just wait it out, friend. It's probably normal.

Did you try contacting them via Twitter? Sometimes social media support is faster than the in-site chat. You can tag them and get a quicker response.

Is it possible you triggered a fraud alert? If you won a massive amount quickly, they might flag it until they can verify your identity through extra steps. It's annoying, but common.

Seriously, 72 hours is suspicious. You might want to consider opening a dispute with your payment method provider. They are usually better at chasing these funds.

I think you should wait until the 96-hour mark before getting too worried. They are notoriously slow, but they usually process it eventually.

I agree. I waited 4 days for a withdrawal and it was just a system glitch on their end. They finally fixed it after I posted about it on a different forum. Keep posting updates here!

Be careful. I heard they sometimes 'lose' smaller amounts and just tell you it's a processing delay. Read the fine print on the withdrawal terms.

My advice? Don't put any more money in until the withdrawal is complete. Focus only on getting your cash out first.

I'd recommend calling them directly, not using the chat bot. Sometimes the phone line gets you to a human who can actually see the backend status.

They are known for this. Just accept that withdrawals are slow and factor it into your budget. It's part of the game.

Ugh, that's the worst. You have to insist on speaking to a supervisor. Don't let them brush you off with the FAQ. Demand to speak to someone who can actually view the transaction status.

Check your bank account status too. Sometimes the issue is on the receiving end, not the casino's end.

It's a known issue with their payment processor. Just wait. Seriously, I waited 72 hours and it came through fine. Don't stress.

If you have multiple methods of withdrawal (e.g., e-wallet and bank transfer), try initiating the withdrawal through the other method. Sometimes one system fails while the other works.
