I'm having a really frustrating time trying to access my Gala Spins account today. I followed the password reset link exactly as instructed, and it seemed to work, but when I try to log in with the new credentials, it just gives me an 'invalid username or password' error. I've double-checked my email and username multiple times to make sure there are no typos. Has anyone else experienced this specific login loop? I've tried clearing my browser cache and using a different device, but nothing seems to change. Any advice on how to get this sorted out would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked if Gala Spins has a temporary maintenance notice? Sometimes the backend systems need a few hours to sync the password change.

Try logging in using the 'Forgot Password' link *again*, but this time, use a completely different email address if you have one linked to the account. Sometimes the system gets confused.

This is super frustrating. I had this exact issue last month. It turned out the problem wasn't my browser, but that Gala Spins was running a server update and temporarily locked out users who recently changed credentials. I waited about 4 hours and it fixed itself. Hope that helps!

Contact support directly. Don't rely on the forum. They can manually verify your identity and reset it from their end.

Did you try logging in using the mobile app instead of the website? Sometimes the web interface has glitches.

I agree with the maintenance theory. I waited overnight and it worked. It's definitely a server sync issue, not a user error.

Hey, @UserPoster, you might need to check your spam folder for a secondary verification email. Sometimes the password reset process sends two emails, and you might be using the wrong one.

Don't forget to check your account status. Maybe the account itself was flagged or suspended for some reason, and the password reset didn't address the underlying issue.

I just messaged Gala Spins support through their official social media channel. They were quicker to respond than the in-site form. Give them a try!

It's possible the new password has special characters that your browser or device is interpreting incorrectly. Try simplifying the password to just letters and numbers for testing purposes.

I think the issue might be related to IP restrictions. If you usually log in from a specific location, and you are logging in from a new network (like public Wi-Fi), the system might flag it as suspicious and block access.

Seriously, try calling them. Sometimes talking to a human agent is the only way to bypass these automated login loops. Good luck!

I'm going to try clearing cookies *and* cache, just to be absolutely sure. Thanks for the advice, everyone. I'll report back!
