Did you try contacting them via a different channel? Sometimes the in-app chat is just automated and doesn't escalate the issue properly. Try calling them directly if they offer a phone number.

Seriously, I got my money in 48 hours. Just make sure you used a linked bank account that you've used before, that sometimes speeds things up.

To echo what the OP said, I think the support chat is misleading. They give you a window, but they never specify if that window is business days or calendar days. It's a huge difference.
