I've been trying to download and use the Unibet casino app on my new Android phone, but I keep running into some weird login issues. It seems like the app keeps crashing right after I enter my credentials, and I've tried clearing the cache multiple times. Has anyone successfully used the app recently? I'm worried if the platform is having technical difficulties or if I'm missing a step in the setup process. Any advice on troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated before I switch back to the desktop site.

I had the exact same problem last month. It wasn't the app itself, but my phone's security settings were blocking the login process. You might need to whitelist the app in your phone's settings. That fixed it for me.

Try a different network. Switching from Wi-Fi to cellular data sometimes bypasses specific network restrictions that cause app crashes.

Long post, but I found a solution. I completely uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, and then re-downloaded it directly from the official Unibet website, not the Google Play Store. Using the direct APK sometimes bypasses Play Store glitches. It took about 15 minutes, but it worked perfectly.

I agree with the user above. The desktop site is definitely more stable right now. The app seems to be undergoing some kind of forced update that keeps breaking the login flow. Just stick to the browser until they sort out the backend.

Did you try logging in via a different browser on your phone, like Chrome instead of Safari, just to test the login flow? Sometimes the browser profile itself can be corrupted.
