I've been trying to withdraw funds from my account for the last three days, and it feels like I'm hitting a brick wall. The site says the withdrawal is pending, but I've checked my email and there's no update from support. I followed all the steps they provided, including linking my bank account details twice, just to be sure. Has anyone here successfully withdrawn money recently? I'm worried if there's a technical glitch or if they changed the withdrawal policy without telling us. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same issue last month. They finally processed it after I called their dedicated support line. Do not rely only on email updates; sometimes a phone call forces a manual review. It was frustrating, but it worked. Make sure you have all your KYC documents ready, as they might ask for an extra verification step. This process can be slow, but it usually clears up if you push them enough. It took me nearly ten business days, so manage your expectations. Hopefully, it's just a temporary technical delay on their end.

Has anyone else linked a different bank account? Sometimes the initial link fails silently, and you have to re-verify everything from scratch. I suspect the system flagged your initial details as incomplete, even if you thought they were fine. Try clearing your browser cache before attempting the link process again. It's a simple fix, but it often resolves these 'pending' status issues.

I think you should try contacting them via live chat first. It's usually faster than email support for urgent withdrawal issues. When you talk to them, ask specifically what the current processing time is for withdrawals to your region. Get a reference number for that conversation. That way, if they give you a timeline, you have proof.

I tried calling them, and they told me everything was fine on their end. They said the delay was just standard processing time for your specific bank. It's annoying, but it seems to be the case for everyone right now. Keep checking your bank's side too, sometimes the delay is on the receiving end.
