I've been using BetStars for a few months now and generally like the game variety, but I ran into some trouble trying to withdraw last week. The minimum payout limit seemed really restrictive, and it took almost three business days for the funds to actually hit my bank account. I checked their FAQ and it didn't mention that the withdrawal speed was dependent on the payment method chosen. Has anyone had better luck using a different payout option, or is this just how slow their system is supposed to be? I really need these funds for a trip and was hoping for a quicker resolution.

I used PayPal and it was much faster for me. Definitely try that instead of direct bank transfer.

Don't stress too much. Three days is actually pretty standard for ACH transfers. It's not necessarily BetStars' fault, it's the banking network.

I had the exact same issue. I waited five days and the support team just kept giving me generic responses. They really need to overhaul their payout system. It's frustrating when you just need the money quickly.

Short. Use e-wallet.

Replying to the user: I agree about the minimum limit being annoying. I found that if I split my withdrawals into smaller chunks over a few days, the process was smoother and I didn't hit the hard limit repeatedly. It's a workaround, but it works.

My experience was totally different. I used a third-party payment service they recommended, and the funds arrived within 24 hours. You absolutely need to check their current list of approved payment methods, because it changes constantly.

Seriously, check if your bank charges fees for receiving online transfers. Sometimes the delay isn't BetStars, but your local bank holding the funds.

I wish I could say the same. I waited a week and they finally processed it, but only after I opened a formal complaint ticket. You have to push them really hard to get a quick resolution.

Is it possible the delay is related to the source of the funds? Like, if you win from a specific type of bet, does it slow down the payout?

Replying to the user who asked about fund source: I don't think so. I bet on everything equally and the payout speed was consistent regardless of the bet type. It's definitely the payout method or the bank's processing time.

Honestly, just use a different sportsbook for now until they fix their withdrawal process. The payout speed is a massive deal, and it's not worth the risk of being stuck waiting for funds.
