I've been playing at Mr.Luck Casino for about two months now and generally have had a good time. However, I just tried to withdraw a significant amount and the process has been really slow. Customer support was initially unhelpful, just giving me generic links. It's been over 72 hours since I submitted the request, and I haven't received any solid update on the timeline. Has anyone else experienced delays with their payouts? I just want to make sure there isn't a known system issue or if I missed a step in the withdrawal process.

Seriously? 72 hours is way too long. I had a payout stuck for almost a week last month.

I've heard whispers that they changed their payment processor recently. Maybe that's causing the bottleneck. Check Reddit for recent threads on this.

Just wait a bit. Sometimes they process large withdrawals in batches, which can take longer than expected.

Did you try contacting them through a different channel? Sometimes the in-site chat is useless, but email support is more responsive.

It's probably fine. Just be patient. Casino payouts are never instant, no matter what they promise.

I had the exact same issue. They told me it was 'standard processing time' but it was clearly a delay. I ended up having to dispute it with my bank, which was a nightmare.

Is it possible the issue is with your bank? Sometimes the delay isn't the casino, but the receiving financial institution.

Hey, @OP, have you checked if there's a specific withdrawal method that is known to be faster? Sometimes e-wallets are better than direct bank transfers.

My experience was totally different. Mine cleared in under 24 hours. Maybe you just hit a bad luck streak with the payout system.

I think the issue might be related to the amount. Large withdrawals often trigger manual review, which adds significant time.

Reply to @OP: Yes, I agree. I also waited over 72 hours. It's frustrating. They need to improve their communication dramatically.

Check your account history. Sometimes the withdrawal is pending but hasn't been fully processed yet, and the status hasn't updated.

I wouldn't stress too much yet. Give them another 12 hours. If nothing happens by then, then you have grounds to complain formally.

I used a different casino and the process was seamless. Maybe Mr.Luck is just having technical difficulties right now. Keep an eye on their official social media for announcements.

Has anyone found a dedicated support email address that bypasses the general customer service queue? The phone line is impossible to get through to.

Don't give up hope. I had a massive withdrawal stuck for five days, but eventually, it came through. You just need patience, I guess.

Reply to @OP: I think you should ask them specifically what the expected timeline is for 'significant amounts.' Don't accept vague answers.

It's always worth checking if there are any regional banking holidays or system maintenance happening that could cause the delay.

I tried calling them and the representative was rude and unhelpful, just like you said. They definitely need better training on payout procedures.

Honestly, I'm going to wait until the funds are in my account before I trust them with any large amounts again. Too much risk.
