I've been trying to use the Spilnu DK app for my daily tasks, but I keep running into a strange error message whenever I try to log in. It says my credentials are invalid, even though I just reset my password yesterday. Has anyone else experienced this specific login failure? I'm worried if this is a server issue or if I'm doing something wrong with the username format. Any advice on troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated, especially if there's a known bug right now.

Hey, I had the exact same issue last week. It turned out it was a cached credential problem on my phone. Clearing the app cache fixed it immediately. Try that first!

Did you try logging in via a web browser instead of the app? Sometimes the app's authentication token expires prematurely, and the web portal uses a different backend system. It might bypass the glitch you're seeing.

Don't panic. It happens. If you are using a VPN, try disabling it entirely when logging in. Sometimes the IP address changes confuse the authentication server, making it think you are logging in from an unauthorized location.
