I had the exact same problem last week. It wasn't a server issue, though. I ended up calling their dedicated support line directly. They manually reset my account and it took about 15 minutes. It's always better to call than to wait for an email link.

Seriously, calling them is the only reliable way. Don't rely on the automated email system if it's failing you. Get the phone number from their official site, not from a search result.
