I think they just cap it to encourage you to deposit more. It's a known strategy, unfortunately. I found that if you wait until 3 AM EST, the limits seem to reset more reliably. It's not a guarantee, but it helped me last week when I hit the daily cap early. You might try that time slot.

Did you try withdrawing in smaller chunks? Instead of one big withdrawal, try doing three or four smaller ones spread throughout the day. It might bypass the 'large single transaction' flag they use.
