I've been trying to set up a new account using the Guts platform, and the integration seems really clunky. Every time I try to link my payment method or access the live dealer games, the system times out or gives me a vague error message. I've cleared my cache and tried different browsers, but the problem persists. I'm worried if this is a known bug or if I need to contact technical support directly. Has anyone else experienced connectivity issues when using this specific software suite? Any advice on workarounds would be greatly appreciated.

I had the exact same issue last week. It was definitely a known bug with their payment gateway integration. They pushed an update that fixed it, but you have to wait for them to acknowledge it.

Short and sweet: Try a VPN. It bypassed my timeout issues completely.

Don't forget to check your firewall settings. Sometimes, the live dealer streams get flagged as suspicious traffic by the operating system, causing the connection to drop or time out before you even see an error message. I had to manually whitelist the domain. It was surprisingly simple once I knew where to look.

Are you using the mobile app or the desktop site? I found the mobile app was much more stable for me, even though I prefer the desktop experience.

Replying to the VPN suggestion: Did you try a specific paid VPN service, or just a free one? I tried a free one and it didn't help at all. It seems like the issue is deeper than just geographical blocking.

It's definitely not just me. My friend who uses a different bank account and a different browser (Edge instead of Chrome) had zero trouble setting up their account. It makes me think the problem might be specific to the combination of your current browser and OS.

I think you need to contact support, but don't just tell them 'it times out.' Give them the exact error code, if one appears, and mention the time and date you attempted the transaction. Be super specific.

I agree with the firewall theory. I also had to clear my router's cache, not just my browser's. Sometimes the network side is the culprit.

My experience was that the live dealer games were fine, but linking the payment method always failed. I finally resolved it by calling Guts support directly and having them manually verify my details on their end. It saved me hours of troubleshooting.

Has anyone found a workaround for the payment linking? I'm worried I can't even deposit funds because of these constant timeouts.

I'm going to try using a different payment method entirely. Maybe the issue isn't the software, but the specific type of financial institution they are integrating with.

The router cache clear was a lifesaver for me too. Thanks for the tip! I'll try that right now.

Seriously, before spending too much time troubleshooting, try calling them. Sometimes the easiest fix is just a human speaking to a human. Good luck!
