I've been using the betsafe app for a couple of months now and generally I like the interface, but I'm running into some issues with my last withdrawal. I submitted the request three days ago and the status hasn't changed from 'pending.' I've checked my email and I haven't received any follow-up messages either. Has anyone else experienced significant delays with withdrawals lately? I'm worried if there's a technical glitch or if I missed some mandatory verification step. Any advice on who I should contact or what I should check would be greatly appreciated.

Be patient. Withdrawals take time, especially if you're withdrawing a large sum. It could be related to bank processing times on their end, not the app itself. Give it another 24 hours.

I think you might have missed the mandatory KYC verification step. When I first withdrew, they sent a request for a photo of my utility bill and a selfie holding my ID. Make sure all documents are uploaded and approved before initiating the withdrawal.

It's always the same. They make you wait until you start getting desperate enough to complain. Just resubmit the request and wait for the automated confirmation email. It usually kicks things into gear.

I've noticed they only process withdrawals on specific days of the week, usually Monday and Thursday. If you submitted it on a Friday, it might not move until the next business cycle.

I had a similar delay, and it turned out my bank flagged the incoming transfer as suspicious, so I had to call my bank and authorize the receiving account beforehand. It was a bank issue, not the app's fault.
