I think it's just peak volume right now. My withdrawal was processed fine on Tuesday, even though I submitted it Monday. Don't panic yet.

Is_reply: true. @User123, I had a similar experience. They told me it would be instant, but it took 4 days. I think they intentionally make it seem fast to encourage more play, but the withdrawal side is a joke. Use a different site.

They really need to improve their support chat. It's impossible to get a straight answer, and the wait times are ridiculous. I waited almost an hour just to ask about a $50 withdrawal, which should take minutes. This whole experience has been poor.

Reply to the last post: I found that using PayPal was much faster for me than direct bank transfer. It was processed within 12 hours, which was much better than the 3 days I waited for the bank option. Definitely try that.

I agree with the last person. The support team is useless. I'm going to stick to smaller bets until I figure out if they are actually paying out reliably. It's just too stressful right now.
