I'm putting together a presentation for a self-improvement workshop and I need some visual aids to represent themes like self-assurance and confidence. I've been searching for 'confident clipart' but the results are either too childish or too generic. Does anyone know of specific stock photo sites or graphic resource packs that offer professional-looking, modern illustrations? I'm looking for things that feel empowering but still fit a corporate-educational aesthetic. Also, if I use these graphics in a paid workshop, what are the best licensing options to ensure I'm covered? Any recommendations would be hugely appreciated!

Try Noun Project or Unsplash. They often have abstract, modern vector graphics that capture the *feeling* of confidence rather than literal clipart.

I found some great sets on Freepik, but you really need to filter by 'business' or 'minimalist' styles to avoid the overly cartoonish stuff. Also, check their premium subscription for commercial rights.

For licensing, always assume you need a commercial license. If you're using it in a paid workshop, you need rights that cover 'reproduction' and 'public display.' Adobe Stock is usually the safest bet for clarity.

Totally agree. Literal 'confident' clipart is impossible. Focus on concepts like 'upward trajectory,' 'pillar,' or 'mountain peak' and use those abstract visuals instead.

Re: Adobe Stock - Have you looked at the 'concept' categories? I found some beautiful line-art illustrations of people standing tall or reaching goals. They look very sophisticated and definitely fit a corporate vibe.

Check out Figma's community resources. Sometimes designers upload full sets of vectors that are much higher quality than dedicated clipart sites. It's a bit more digging, but the payoff is worth it.

I used Canva's Pro library. It was surprisingly good for quick, professional-looking elements. Just make sure you download the highest resolution version for printing or large screens.

I think the key is to use illustrations that show *action* or *growth*, not just a static pose. Something like a person climbing a ladder or a plant growing out of a seed. That conveys the journey of self-improvement better.

Speaking of licensing, if you're running a workshop, you might also want to consider if the graphic is 'royalty-free' or 'rights-managed.' Royalty-free is usually what you want for ease of use.

Has anyone had luck with paid educational resource packs? I'm tired of searching site by site. A curated bundle would be amazing.

I recommend searching for 'mindset' or 'empowerment' vectors instead of 'confident.' It will yield much more mature and artistic results. Good luck with the workshop!
