Hi everyone, I've been looking at upgrading my entire gaming station, and I keep seeing a lot of positive reviews for AC Gaming gear. Specifically, I'm torn between their mechanical keyboards and their ergonomic mouse options. Has anyone here used their wireless headsets for competitive FPS games? I'm worried about latency or comfort during long sessions. Any input on whether they offer good value compared to established brands like Logitech or Razer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I used the AC mechanical keyboard for a month. The tactile feel is great, but the keycaps started wearing unevenly fast. Maybe stick with a known brand for longevity.

For FPS, latency is everything. I haven't risked AC's wireless headsets yet. I'd stick to wired options from Logitech until they prove themselves.

Honestly, the mouse is fine. It's lightweight and comfortable. But Razer's sensor technology still feels a step above it, even if the AC mouse is cheaper.

The value proposition is strong, I agree. If you're on a budget, AC Gaming is a solid entry point for quality gear.

Did you check out their software? Sometimes the peripheral itself is good, but if the customization software is clunky, it ruins the experience.

I'm skeptical about the wireless headsets. I played Valorant for 6 hours straight and noticed a slight audio drop-out about halfway through. Maybe they aren't optimized for competitive play.

Definitely try the wired options first. You save money and you eliminate the biggest variable: wireless reliability.

Replying to the headset concern: I found the comfort excellent, even during marathon sessions. The audio profile is surprisingly balanced for the price point. Give them a shot!

The keyboard is decent, but the key actuation point felt inconsistent compared to my old Cherry MX switches. It's a noticeable difference for serious typing/gaming.

I think the biggest difference is the build quality. Logitech just feels more robust. AC Gaming feels a little plasticky, if that makes sense.

I bought the AC mouse and it's perfect for my grip style. It's highly customizable and feels premium for what I paid. Don't let the brand name fool you.

I totally get the value angle. If you're just starting out, AC is a fantastic way to test the waters without spending a fortune on flagship gear.

Wait, are you talking about their new line of switches? Because the mechanical keyboard feels really good, almost right there.

My advice: test the mouse first. It's the most crucial input device for FPS. If that works for you, then worry about the rest.

Don't trust the wireless claims blindly. I had connectivity issues with their headset and had to switch back to my wired Sennheiser set. It was frustrating.

I agree with the OP. For competitive play, I'd rather spend the extra cash on a known reliable brand like Razer or Logitech. Peace of mind is worth the premium.

The keyboard is great for coding, but for rapid-fire gaming inputs, I found the key travel distance was slightly too short. Razer feels more durable.

If you are worried about latency, check if the headset has a dedicated 2.4GHz dongle. If it does, that's usually better than Bluetooth for gaming.

I found the AC gaming mouse to be extremely accurate. I even compared it side-by-side with a $150 mouse, and I could barely tell the difference in tracking.

Overall, AC Gaming offers good value, but don't expect it to replace the absolute best performance from the industry leaders. It's a solid upgrade, but maybe not a revolutionary one.
