I just got back from a trip to Cairo and wanted to share my experience, especially regarding the combo of the Marriott stay and the casino. The hotel itself was immaculate; the staff were very professional and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. Getting to the Omar Khayyam Casino was straightforward, and the casino atmosphere was lively. I found the selection of games quite good, though it was a bit overwhelming initially. Overall, it made for a great mix of relaxation and entertainment. If you are planning a trip and want a reliable base with easy access to good nightlife, I highly recommend this area.

I've been looking into Cairo. Was the Marriott really worth the price point, or are there other hotels nearby that are better value?

The casino selection is key. Did you find any specific games or sections that were less overwhelming but still fun?

Wow. That sounds amazing. I'm planning a trip next year and this is exactly the kind of reliable base I need.

How was the transportation from the Marriott to the casino? Was it easy to navigate during rush hour?

I heard the nightlife in that area is intense. Did you feel safe walking around after leaving the hotel and casino?

I'm debating whether to go to the casino or spend more time exploring the historical sites. Which activity did you prefer overall?

Is_reply: true. I'm thinking of going next month. You mentioned the staff were professional at the Marriott. Did you interact with the concierge much, and were they helpful with booking local tours?

The quiet rooms are the best part of any hotel stay. Good job on the review!

I read some mixed reviews about the casino's atmosphere. Was it really lively, or was it more of a quiet, corporate crowd?

Is_reply: true. I was worried about the initial overwhelming feeling at the casino. Do you think taking a few hours to just wander the lobby first would help acclimatize you?

What about food options near the Marriott? Besides the casino area, where did you eat?

I'm skeptical about the 'easy access' part. Cairo traffic can be brutal. Did you encounter any major delays getting around?

It sounds like a solid itinerary. For anyone else reading, maybe plan a full day for the casino, and a full day for sightseeing to balance it out.

I appreciate the warning about the initial feeling being overwhelming. I'll plan to take it slow. Thanks for the detailed review!
