I spent an evening at Grand Ivy last weekend and wanted to share my feedback. Overall, the atmosphere was lively, but I found the navigation a little confusing since they seem to have moved some of the main gaming areas. The slot machines were great, but the customer service team at the high-limit tables seemed a bit understaffed during peak hours. I really appreciated the cleanliness, though, which is always a plus. Has anyone else noticed the changes to the main walkways? I'm curious if the new layout makes it harder to find specific sections.

Totally agree about the navigation. I spent ten minutes just trying to find the main cage. It feels like they moved everything without warning.

The slots were amazing, no doubt. But yeah, the service staff at the high-limit tables were definitely stretched thin. It was hard to get anyone's attention when we needed help with a bet adjustment.

I think the layout changes were necessary for expansion. It's a huge casino, and sometimes you just have to move things around to fit more gaming space. Don't sweat the confusion too much.

Speaking of walkways, I found the new art installations really distracting. They take up so much space and just make the flow feel cramped, even if the overall area is bigger.

Replying to the layout question: Yes, it is harder. I had to use my phone map just to get from the main entrance to the buffet area. Before, it was a straight shot.

The cleanliness was top notch. Seriously, the bathrooms were spotless, which is always a huge win in a massive casino environment. Kudos to the cleaning crew!

I felt the same about the staffing. We were there on a Tuesday afternoon, which should be slower, and the high-limit attendants were still overwhelmed. Maybe they need more dedicated staff during off-peak times too?

I disagree that the layout is worse. While it took some getting used to, I actually found a quieter, more intimate corner to play some video poker that I never would have found before. It's a different experience.

The slots are fine, but I wish they offered more variety in the non-video slot machines. The selection felt limited compared to other casinos I've visited.

To piggyback on the service issue: I also found the valet parking staff to be a bit disorganized. They seemed confused about where to direct people coming from the main entrance. It added to the feeling of disarray.

Overall, it's a massive place that needs better signage. The atmosphere is great, the slots are fun, and the cleanliness is impressive. Just a few tweaks to the navigation and staffing would make it perfect.
