I think the delays might be related to the payment method chosen. I used crypto and it was processed within the stated timeframe. Check their T&Cs.

Don't worry too much about the delays. Sometimes they just process large withdrawals slowly. I got mine within 36 hours, which I consider acceptable.

I think the issues you faced with verification might just be standard procedure for new accounts. Just be patient, and the funds will eventually arrive. It's usually within 5-7 business days.
