I finally got to visit Aria last weekend and was really excited because I've seen so many pictures of it online. Overall, the aesthetic is stunning, no doubt about it. My biggest question is about the service quality. While the lobby staff were lovely, the concierge service felt a little disorganized when I tried to book a dinner reservation. I spent ages on hold, and the booking process seemed complicated. Has anyone else noticed that the service level drops off after the initial check-in excitement? I'm hoping that's just an off-peak issue, but it was a bit disappointing given the price point.

Oh man, I feel this. The service gap is real.

I agree completely. It felt like we were paying for the view, not the service. The concierge needs serious retraining. It was frustrating trying to get a simple table booking.

Did you try calling them directly? Sometimes the front desk just passes the buck.

My experience was actually different. We were there during a massive convention, and everyone was incredibly helpful. Maybe your visit was just a quiet Tuesday?

The aesthetic is definitely 10/10. The rooms are gorgeous. But yes, the service was patchy. I found the valet parking process confusing and slow.

Seriously? I thought the lobby staff were amazing. They were so welcoming and efficient when we checked in. Maybe it was just the dinner reservation system that's flawed?

I overheard someone mention that the booking system is notoriously glitchy. Don't rely on the concierge for complex reservations; book everything yourself through their website portal instead.

Totally agree. It's a huge price point, and the service needs to match the luxury branding. I spent 20 minutes just trying to confirm a simple pickup time.

Hey, you should try calling the hotel's main line first thing in the morning. Sometimes the concierge desk is overwhelmed by the afternoon rush. It helped us immensely.

It's disappointing when the execution doesn't match the hype. I felt like I was talking to someone who had never actually been trained on the specific restaurant menu. Just a minor point, but it was noticeable.

I was there last month and had zero issues. Everyone was fantastic. Maybe you just hit a bad shift? Don't let one bad experience ruin the overall vibe!

I think it's less about the staff and more about the sheer volume of requests they handle. They are stretched thin. It's a systemic issue, not a personal failing.

The booking system is a nightmare. I ended up using OpenTable directly, and it was much smoother. Skip the concierge for reservations, seriously.

Maybe they need to implement a dedicated 'Concierge Support Line' that isn't just the main switchboard. It would save so much time.

I had a similar experience with the spa booking. It was supposed to be seamless, but I had to call three different departments to get one simple appointment confirmed. Very frustrating.

Don't worry about it. High-end hotels are always dealing with high expectations. Just treat it as a minor flaw in an otherwise perfect stay. Still worth it for the ambiance.

It's the price. You expect five-star perfection 24/7. When the service dips, the whole experience feels unbalanced. I really hope management addresses this.

I found the bar staff to be phenomenal, though. They were attentive and knowledgeable about the drinks. Maybe focus your complaints on the reservation process, not the whole hotel.
