I've been using the mobile app for a few weeks now, mostly for football and cricket. While the interface is pretty easy to navigate, I've noticed some significant lag, especially when trying to place quick bets during live action. Sometimes the odds update, but the confirmation button takes forever to respond, which is really stressful when time is ticking. Has anyone else experienced connectivity issues or slow loading times when betting on the go? I'm worried about potential missed bets or incorrect payouts because of the app's performance.

It's definitely laggy sometimes. I think it's the network more than the app itself.

I had the exact same issue last week during a major football match. My bet confirmation button froze twice, and I had to restart the app completely. It's incredibly frustrating when you're trying to capitalize on a quick change in odds. I recommend checking if there's a dedicated widget or an alternative method for placing urgent live bets, as the full app experience feels unstable right now.

Just use the desktop site on your phone's browser. It loads faster.

Has anyone tried clearing the app cache? My lag issues seemed to disappear after I did that. It was surprisingly effective. It's a simple fix, but sometimes the app just accumulates junk data that slows it down.

Replying to the user who mentioned the cache: Yes, that worked for me too! I was convinced it was a server issue, but it was just my local device struggling. Thanks for the tip!

I'm skeptical. Maybe the lag isn't the app, but the specific carrier connection you're using. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the performance difference is noticeable. Sometimes the throttling from certain carriers affects real-time data streams like live odds updates.

Seriously, I lost a bet because the confirmation screen timed out. I feel like they should offer a dedicated, stable web portal for live betting, rather than relying on the mobile app structure.

I agree with the user who suggested the browser. The app feels overly complicated for quick actions. The browser interface is cleaner and much snappier for placing bets when time is critical.

It's a known issue with their mobile optimization, honestly. They need a major overhaul. I'd rather use a competitor's app until they fix this performance gap.

Are you sure it's the app? My phone is pretty old, and I suspect my device might just be struggling to handle the constant data updates required for live odds. Maybe I need to upgrade hardware.

The odds updates are fine, but the bet slip calculation is slow. It takes too long to finalize the potential payout, which makes me second guess the bet. It's a usability issue, not necessarily a connectivity one.

To the user asking about hardware: My phone is about two years old, and I'm having the same issues. It's not the hardware; it's the app's performance under load. Please don't blame the phone.
