I've been trying to use the efbet platform on my new Android phone, but I keep running into strange login errors. The official app seems to be incompatible or maybe I'm missing a step. I've tried clearing the cache and reinstalling it twice now, but nothing changes. Has anyone else noticed this compatibility issue with the latest Android versions? I need to place a bet before the next match, so any advice on a workaround or if they plan to update the app would be greatly appreciated. Is there a recommended alternative way to access the mobile site?

I had the exact same problem on Android 13 last week. It seems like they haven't optimized the API calls for the latest OS security protocols. Try accessing it through a specific browser like Chrome and using the desktop view option instead of the app.

Short answer: Use the website. It's way more reliable right now.

Hey, I'm on Android 13 too, and I'm having trouble logging in. I tried resetting my device and doing a clean install, but the error code 403 keeps popping up. Has anyone figured out if this is a temporary server issue or a permanent app bug? I really need to place a bet.

Did you check if your VPN is active? Sometimes those can interfere with the login handshake, even if you think they are off. It's a common fix people forget.

Replying to the user about the 403 error: I think it might be related to device fingerprinting. Sometimes when major OS updates hit, the platform flags the device as 'new' or 'unrecognized' and blocks access temporarily. Wait an hour or two and try again. If that fails, contacting their support directly with screenshots is the only way to get a definitive answer.

The mobile site works perfectly fine for me. I recommend using Safari on a desktop browser if you are on an iPhone, but for Android, just stick to Chrome and manually set it to desktop view. It bypasses the app entirely.

I agree with the suggestion to use the browser. The app seems to be lagging significantly behind in updates. I managed to place a bet using my laptop and it went through without any fuss. Don't rely on the app until they issue a patch.

Just use a different Google account to log in. Sometimes the issue is tied to the specific Google ID linked to your device, not the app itself. It's a long shot, but worth trying before giving up.

I'm going to try clearing the browser cache on my end as well, just in case. Thanks for the tips, everyone. I appreciate the community help!

Has anyone found an alternative third-party app or widget that allows for quick betting access? The official app experience is just too frustrating right now. It feels like they prioritize iOS users or older Android versions.
