I am having a major issue trying to access my account on the Mr Green platform. I keep getting an 'Invalid Credentials' error, even though I am absolutely sure my username and password are correct. I tried the 'Forgot Password' link multiple times, but the reset email never arrives in my inbox or spam folder. Has anyone else experienced this problem since the system update last week? I need to log in to check my order status urgently. Any advice on what I should try next would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked if the portal requires two-factor authentication now? Sometimes updates change those security requirements.

I had the exact same issue last week. It turns out the update changed the required format for the username. You might need to use your registered email address instead of your old account ID.

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies completely. Sometimes the old session data conflicts with the new system update, causing login errors.

Did you try a different browser, like switching from Chrome to Firefox? It could be a browser-specific compatibility issue with the new portal design.

I think the problem might be on their end. Since it started right after the update, it's likely a server-side bug. You really need to contact their dedicated support line directly.

Check your spam folder again. Sometimes automated reset emails get flagged as junk, even if they are legitimate. Good luck!

Hey, I had this problem too. I finally got it working after calling them and confirming my account details manually. They needed to reset my profile access on their end, not just the password.

I agree with the server bug theory. I called them, and they confirmed they were aware of the login issues and were deploying a hotfix patch by the end of the day. Keep checking back.

Short answer: Use a different device. My phone logged in fine when my laptop kept giving me 'Invalid Credentials' errors.

Has anyone checked if the portal is accepting international characters in the password? I suspect the update might have tightened up character restrictions.

I found that the 'Forgot Password' link sometimes redirects to an old, broken page. Instead, try navigating directly to the support portal link they provided in their initial welcome email. It bypasses the main login page issue.

I tried the steps above, and nothing worked. I think I need to wait 24 hours. Sometimes these systems just need time to stabilize after a major update. I'll update this thread if I get through.

If all else fails, try logging in using the 'Guest Checkout' option if you just need to check an order status. It might bypass the credential check entirely.

Just remember that the update might have changed the required format for the username. You might need to use your registered email address instead of your old account ID. Also, try checking if your account status is flagged as 'inactive' due to a payment issue.

I'm going to report this issue directly through their official social media channels (Twitter/X). Sometimes corporate support is faster and more responsive there than through the website contact form.
