Help! Cannot log in to the Chumba system portal - Error 403?

Hi everyone, I'm having a major issue trying to access the Chumba portal this morning. Every time I enter my credentials, I get a generic 'Access Denied' or 'Error 403' message, even though I know my account is active. I've already tried clearing my browser cache and switching between Chrome and Firefox, but nothing works. Has anyone else encountered this specific login problem recently? I need to submit some reports today, so any advice on troubleshooting this system access would be greatly appreciated. Is this a known server-side issue?

Replying to the user who mentioned clearing cache: While clearing the cache is step one, sometimes the issue is related to IP restrictions. If your office network uses a proxy or VPN, try disconnecting from it temporarily and logging in from a stable, direct connection. This often bypasses geographical or network-level blocks that trigger the 403 error. Also, confirm that your credentials haven't expired or been deactivated by a supervisor.
