I've been trying to access Jackpot City Mobile since the latest update rolled out yesterday, but I keep getting an authentication error. I've checked my internet connection and reinstalled the game, but nothing seems to work. It asks for my username and password, but it just spins and then gives me a generic login failure message. Has anyone else experienced this specific issue after the recent patch? I'm worried my account might be locked out, so any advice on troubleshooting the login process would be greatly appreciated. Long post: I went through the whole troubleshooting list (clear cache, reinstall, check OS, check network) and nothing worked. Finally, I found out that the game required a specific security patch for iOS users that was only available through a beta download link, not the standard App Store update. If you are on an iPhone, check the developer's website for a direct patch link, as the App Store might be lagging behind.
