I'm trying to access my account on the Seminole Coconut Creek Casino website, but I keep getting an error message when I enter my credentials. I've already tried the 'Forgot Password' link multiple times, and I'm not sure if the system is glitching or if I'm doing something wrong. Has anyone successfully logged in recently? I need to check on some promotional credits I was expecting. Any advice on the correct login URL or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try clearing your browser cache and cookies? That often fixes weird login errors.

I had the exact same issue last week. It turned out the casino was doing scheduled maintenance, so they temporarily disabled the portal. Check their official social media channels for announcements.

Just use the mobile app. Sometimes the website portal has bugs that the dedicated app hasn't received yet. It's much smoother.

Short. Try a different browser.

I got locked out for a month because I tried too many passwords. You might need to wait 24 hours. Also, make sure your account isn't flagged for suspicious activity.

Hey, @User123, are you sure you aren't mistyping your username? Sometimes the system is case-sensitive, and people forget that.

I found it! The correct URL is actually seminarainfo.com/login-portal. It's not the main casino site link. I had to Google around a bit to find the dedicated login page. Hope this helps you get those credits!

Why do you think so? I have a different experience. I used Chrome and it worked fine, but I was logged in via my phone's browser, which was Safari. Maybe the issue is device specific.

Long response: I went through this last month, and it was incredibly frustrating. After trying everything, I finally called their dedicated customer support line directly. They confirmed that my account had an expired security token that needed manual resetting on their end. They couldn't fix it online, so calling was the only way. I highly recommend calling them rather than just relying on the online troubleshooting links, as sometimes the issue is backend-related and requires human intervention. Keep a screenshot of your error message handy when you call.

Check your spam folder for the password reset email. Sometimes the automated system sends it there.

I agree with the calling advice. The online portal seems to fail whenever there's a slight network fluctuation. Calling bypasses the portal entirely.

It's definitely a glitch. I tried on three different devices (PC, Mac, tablet) and used four different browsers, and nothing worked. I'm going to wait until tomorrow morning and try again. Fingers crossed.

Did you try logging in using a VPN? Sometimes network restrictions can trigger error messages even if your credentials are correct.

I'm going to try the mobile app first thing. Thanks for the tips, everyone! Hopefully, I can check my credits soon.
