Seriously, try calling them. Email support is notoriously slow, and the automated password reset system is clearly malfunctioning. They can manually verify your identity and get you back in much faster than waiting for a ticket response. It's the quickest fix.

The link they use is definitely the one on the bottom of the main page, under 'Support'. Don't trust any random links you find on Google. It's a known issue, but the link itself hasn't changed.
