Hi everyone, I'm trying to access my account on the Cafeca Sino website to check my loyalty points and order ahead, but I keep running into an error message. I've tried resetting my password twice using the 'Forgot Password' link, but it just sends me a generic failure notice. Is it possible that the login system is undergoing maintenance, or is there a specific procedure I'm missing? I've confirmed my email address is correct and I'm using the latest browser version. Any advice on how to get this sorted out would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? That often fixes mysterious login errors.

Sometimes the issue is localized to your network. Try switching from Wi-Fi to your phone's cellular data, or vice versa. It might be a geo-blocking issue.

It sounds frustrating. Since the password reset is failing, it might mean your account is temporarily locked due to too many failed attempts. You should wait at least 24 hours before trying again. If that fails, you absolutely need to contact Cafeca Sino customer support directly. They will have backend tools to check the status of your account and confirm if there is a system-wide maintenance window. Don't rely solely on the automated reset link if it's giving generic failure notices, as that usually indicates a deeper system block that only staff can lift. Also, double-check that the name associated with the account matches your registered profile exactly, including middle initials if applicable.

Check your account status online. Is it possible it was suspended for non-payment or some other reason?

Is anyone else seeing this failure notice today?

I found that the failure notice sometimes gets filtered into the spam folder, or perhaps a separate 'notifications' tab within your email provider. Please check there thoroughly, as the confirmation of the password reset might be sitting in a less obvious place. Also, ensure your email address is the one linked to your phone number, as some systems require both for verification.

What is the exact wording of the error message? Even a small detail can help diagnose if it's a system error or a user input mistake.

Try using an incognito or private browsing window. This bypasses stored cookies and cache data, which can sometimes interfere with complex login scripts.

I cleared my cache and tried it on my laptop, but it still failed. Has anyone else had to call them? I think it's a backend issue.

I also tried switching networks and it worked! It was definitely a local network setting blocking the secure connection. Good luck!

Have you tried using the dedicated mobile application instead of the website? Sometimes the app uses a different authentication pathway and can bypass website glitches.

The error message I got was 'Authentication Failure Code 403-B'. Did anyone else get this specific code? It seems like it points to a specific server-side block rather than a password issue.

If all else fails, calling their dedicated customer service line is your best bet. They can manually verify your identity and reset your credentials on their end, bypassing the faulty online system entirely.

It's highly likely that the entire portal is undergoing scheduled maintenance right now. Keep checking back in a few hours.

Did you manage to get it working after trying all these steps? Please let us know if this was a widespread outage or something specific to your account.
