I've been trying to access my account through the Betano login app for the last few days, but I keep running into connection errors. I've already cleared my cache and reinstalled the app multiple times, so I'm not sure if it's a device issue or something else. Has anyone successfully logged in recently? I'm wondering if maybe using the desktop website instead of the mobile app would be more reliable right now. Any advice on troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated, especially if there's a known server issue.

Try a VPN. Sometimes geo-restrictions cause app login failures.

I had the exact same issue last week. It wasn't my device at all. They were doing maintenance on their backend servers, so the app was glitchy for everyone. Just wait until the next day, usually fixes itself.

Definitely use the desktop site. It's much more stable than the mobile app right now.

Did you try logging in using a completely different network, like switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data? Sometimes the local network IP gets flagged.

I agree with the VPN suggestion. It bypassed a weird regional block I was hitting. It's a common workaround when the official channels fail.

If the desktop site works, that's your best bet until they fix the app. Remember to clear your browser cookies too, just in case.

My experience was that the app keeps crashing after the initial login attempt. It's not a connection error, it's a compatibility issue with my Android OS version. Maybe wait for an update?

I'm having trouble too. I'm on the latest iOS version, and I get a 'Service Unavailable' message every time. Is anyone else seeing this specific error code?

Are you sure the issue isn't related to your account status? Sometimes if there's a pending verification or withdrawal, the login portal throws a generic error.

Re: I agree with the VPN suggestion. It's worth a shot. I've found that switching to a different VPN provider also helps if the first one doesn't work.

The login errors are definitely frustrating. I recommend contacting Betano customer support directly through their official website chat. They can check server status specific to your account.

It's a server issue. Period. I saw a post from a moderator confirming maintenance until midnight UTC. Just try again then.

I tried the desktop site and it worked perfectly. It seems the mobile app deployment is having significant bugs right now. Stick to the browser for now.

If you're using a VPN, try disabling it first. Sometimes the combination of VPN and the betting site's security protocols causes a conflict.

I'm getting the same connection error. I'm going to wait 24 hours and try again. If it persists, I'll assume it's a permanent bug and escalate it to support.

Please check your firewall settings. Occasionally, overly strict security software can block the necessary ports for the app to authenticate properly.

I had trouble too. I was using Chrome on my phone, and switching to Safari immediately fixed it. It really seems like the browser compatibility is the main culprit here.
