Hi everyone, I'm trying to access my Playzee account but I keep running into an error message. It says my credentials are incorrect, but I'm positive I'm using the right username and password. I've already tried the 'Forgot Password' link twice, and I still haven't received the reset email. Has anyone else experienced this specific login issue recently? I'm worried my account might be locked or there's a system glitch I'm unaware of. Any advice on what steps I should take next would be greatly appreciated.

I checked my spam and junk folders thoroughly, but nothing was there. I'm worried the system might be rejecting my account entirely, not just the password. Has anyone else gotten this specific 'credentials incorrect' message when they know their password is right?

I went through the exact same thing last year. I waited three full days, and then the issue cleared up automatically. It was definitely a system-side glitch, not my fault.
