I've been a member of ML Entertainment Casino Limited for about six months now, and generally, the platform has been great for playing. However, I just tried to withdraw a significant amount and the process has been stuck in 'pending' status for over 48 hours. Customer support has been unresponsive, just giving me generic ticket numbers. Has anyone else experienced delays or issues getting funds out? I'm worried if this is a common problem or if I need to escalate this somehow.

I had the exact same issue last month. They told me it was a 'system delay,' but it took nearly a week to clear. I recommend checking your bank's side too, sometimes the hold is on their end, not the casino's.

Check your account limits.

Did you try contacting them through a different channel? Sometimes Twitter or a dedicated support email works better than the in-app chat. I waited three days and finally got a resolution after escalating via a formal complaint email.

Seriously frustrating experience. I waited 72 hours and they just ghosted me. I'm considering pulling my funds and finding a more reliable platform.

I heard that if you withdraw a smaller amount first, the larger one processes faster. Just a theory, though.

Long story, but I think the problem is with the payment processor they use. My withdrawal was pending for five days, and then they admitted the processor was having technical difficulties. It wasn't ML Entertainment's fault, apparently, but they should communicate that better.

Has anyone successfully used a third-party withdrawal service?

I agree with the OP. This delay is unacceptable. I waited 50 hours and the support team just sent a canned response saying 'patience is key.' This is terrible customer service.

I'm worried about the same thing. Maybe waiting another 12 hours will help?

Don't just wait. You need to document everything. Take screenshots of the pending status, the ticket numbers, and the dates you contacted them. If you have to escalate, having a paper trail is crucial.

I've been through this. You need to keep following up. Every 24 hours, send a polite but firm follow-up email referencing your original ticket number. Sometimes that consistent pressure works.

I had to file a dispute with my own bank. It was a hassle, but it got the funds released. It was a last resort, but it worked.

My funds cleared after I called their dedicated corporate line. The online chat was useless. Try calling them during business hours.

Be careful about sharing personal details here. Just general advice: keep your cool and stay organized with your documentation.

I think the OP should also check if they hit any daily or weekly withdrawal caps they might not be aware of. Sometimes the system just pauses it automatically.

It's definitely a common problem. I've seen multiple threads about this exact issue in the last month. It seems to be a systemic problem with their payment gateway.

If you are withdrawing large sums, maybe try splitting it into smaller, more manageable chunks. It seems to bypass the bottleneck they have.
