I've been trying to access the casino section for the last hour, but I keep getting an error message after entering my details. I'm pretty sure my username and password are correct, but the site just won't let me through. Has anyone else experienced login issues recently? I've tried clearing my cache and using a different browser, but the problem persists. Any advice on what I should do or if there's a specific troubleshooting step I should follow would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Have you checked if your account is flagged or suspended? Sometimes the error message is generic.

I had this exact problem last month. It turned out the site was doing maintenance on the login server, so I just had to wait a few hours and it fixed itself. Try logging in late at night when traffic is low.

Contact customer support directly. Don't just rely on troubleshooting steps.

Did you try resetting your password via the 'Forgot Password' link? Sometimes the cached password fails.

Maybe it's related to your IP address. If you are using a VPN, try disabling it entirely and logging in from your home network.

I'm getting the same error. I'm using Chrome on a desktop. Has anyone confirmed if this is a site-wide issue or just my device?

I think it's a temporary glitch on their end. Just wait an hour and try again. It usually clears up.

You should also check if you have two-factor authentication enabled. If so, make sure you are entering the correct code from your phone.

I agree with the VPN suggestion. I was traveling and the geo-restrictions kicked in, even though I was physically near the site. Try a hard reboot of your router too.

Seriously, check your email for any password reset links. Sometimes they send a secondary confirmation that you miss.

Did you try a mobile app instead of the website? Sometimes the web portal has bugs.

Reply to the user who mentioned the IP address issue. I had the same problem when I was on public Wi-Fi at a coffee shop. It definitely seemed to reject my connection. I ended up switching to my phone's hotspot and that worked immediately.

It might be related to your browser cookies being corrupted. Clearing the cache is good, but also try clearing the cookies specifically for the Paddy Power site.

Just wait. It's always the server. Don't stress about it.

Have you tried logging in using incognito mode? That bypasses most of the stored cache and cookies, which can sometimes be the culprit.

I think the issue might be on their side. They might be updating their security protocols. You really need to wait until tomorrow morning and try again. It's usually a backend fix.

I had the same issue. The customer service chat was surprisingly helpful. They manually reset my login credentials and I was back in minutes. Don't hesitate to use the chat function!

If none of this works, you might need to call them. Sometimes the phone line has access to diagnostics that the website does not.

I recommend checking the site's status page or social media. If they are experiencing an outage, they usually post an update there before users flood the forums.
