Hi everyone, I'm trying to access my Novibet account but I keep running into an issue when I try to log in. It seems like the system is rejecting my credentials even though I am absolutely sure I am using the correct username and password. I have tried using different browsers, both Chrome and Firefox, and cleared my cache multiple times, so I think the problem might be on their end. Has anyone else experienced login glitches recently, or is there a specific step I should be taking to reset my access? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Before you assume it's their end, double-check a few things. Are you absolutely sure Caps Lock isn't accidentally on? Also, try logging in using the email address associated with the account, not just the username.

Me too! I was using Chrome and it kept rejecting me. I finally switched to Safari and it worked instantly. It seems like they have compatibility issues with certain browser versions. Try switching to a completely different browser that you haven't used for betting before.
