I saw some buzz online about this new restaurant concept at the casino, 'Captain Cook's.' I'm really interested in the culinary aspect, but I'm not sure what to expect. Oh man, I went last month! Definitely sit-down fine dining, not a buffet. The ambiance is incredible, very nautical but classy.

Totally agree with the bland protein comment. I think they need to adjust their sourcing or maybe just offer more variety in the mains. The decor is great, but the food needs a boost.

How about you try calling them ahead of time? Maybe they have a special deal or a less expensive menu option for first-timers. Asking doesn't hurt!
