I've been trying to access my Boylesports account for a few days now, but I keep running into an error message even after resetting my password. It seems like the system isn't recognizing my credentials, and I've checked my email multiple times for confirmation links. Has anyone else experienced this specific login glitch recently? I'm trying to check out some gear for an upcoming trip, so any advice on troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated. Should I try using a different browser or maybe clear my cache?

Have you tried logging in using the 'Forgot Username' link instead of just resetting the password? Sometimes the system gets confused.

I had this exact problem last month. It turned out the issue was on their end, and they fixed it within 24 hours. Try waiting until tomorrow morning and giving it another shot.

Definitely clear your cache and cookies. Also, try a completely different device, like logging in via the Boylesports app if you have it, instead of the desktop site. It's a simple fix that often works.

Short answer: Contact customer support directly. Don't keep guessing.

I'm also having trouble. I used Chrome and cleared my cache, but nothing. I even tried Safari and it failed too. Has anyone checked if Boylesports is undergoing maintenance right now? Maybe there's a system-wide outage we aren't aware of.

Hey, @User123, I agree about the browser. I found that using Incognito/Private browsing mode bypassed the issue entirely. It seems like my regular browser profile had some conflicting data stored.

Did you check if your email address is correctly formatted in your profile? Sometimes a slight typo in the initial setup can cause persistent login failures, even if you think it's right.

I recommend calling them. Sometimes the automated troubleshooting steps they guide you through are more effective than what we can do here on the forum. They can check your account status manually.

Wait, @User456, I think the issue might be related to two-factor authentication. If you recently updated your phone or email, make sure the Boylesports account has been updated with the new recovery methods. That's a common point of failure.

It's frustrating. I waited 48 hours and it worked. It was definitely a backend glitch. Just patience, I guess.

If all else fails, try the mobile website version. Sometimes the desktop site has specific scripting errors that the mobile version bypasses.

I'm going to try the private browsing method first, thanks for the tip! I feel much better now. I hope this works for everyone else too.

Also, check if you have any VPN active. Sometimes the IP address changes can trigger security blocks on the account side. Try disabling it just for the login attempt.

Seriously, try the Incognito mode first. It solved it for me when the standard clear cache didn't. It's the cleanest slate approach.
