I've been trying to join the league matches on Sportium Online for the last week, but I keep getting kicked out right before the game starts. I've already checked my internet connection and restarted my router multiple times, so I think the issue might be on the platform's end. Has anyone else noticed this sudden drop in stability, especially during peak hours? I'm worried this will affect my ranking if I can't reliably join the sessions. Any advice on troubleshooting or if there's a known server issue would be greatly appreciated.

Me too. It's been happening since the patch last night. Is anyone else seeing this?

I think it might be a regional server overload. Have you tried switching your DNS settings to Google's 8.8.8.8? Sometimes that helps stabilize the connection during peak hours. I had this exact issue last month and it fixed it for me. Also, make sure your operating system is fully updated, as outdated drivers can cause sudden drops in stability.

Definitely peak hours. Try playing right after the morning rush, maybe 9 am EST. The servers seem much more stable then.

Check your firewall settings. Sometimes Sportium's traffic gets flagged as suspicious and gets blocked right before the match starts. You might need to create an exception for the game client.

It's definitely not just me. My friend who plays on a different ISP is having the exact same problem. It feels like a systemic issue with the platform itself, not the user's setup. We need official confirmation.

>>User_TechGuru: I already checked my firewall and it was fine. I also tried changing the DNS, but no luck. It feels deeper than just a local network issue.

Has anyone checked if there's a specific required port that needs to be open on the router? I remember reading somewhere that competitive online games sometimes require specific UDP ports to be forwarded for reliable connection.

>>User_ProPlayer: I found a workaround. If you join the lobby 15 minutes early and stay in the pre-game chat area, it seems to buffer the connection better than trying to join right at the buzzer. It's a slight delay, but it keeps me logged in.

This is incredibly frustrating. I spend hours practicing and then get booted out at the most critical moment. I'm worried about my ranking dropping because of this instability. Has anyone contacted support yet?

What device are you using? PC or console? Sometimes the issue is related to the specific client version or the OS build.

I agree with the time suggestion. I noticed the biggest drops happen between 6 pm and 10 pm. Playing outside that window has been much smoother for me.

Please report this in the official Sportium forums if you can. If enough people report the same server instability, they will be forced to address it. Until then, maybe stick to lower-stakes matches for now.
