Hi everyone, I've been trying to access my account on 24bettle for the past two days, but I keep running into an error message. It says my credentials are incorrect, even though I am absolutely sure I am using the right username and password. I tried the password reset link multiple times, but it either times out or sends me to a generic error page. Has anyone else experienced this recently? I'm worried if the site is undergoing maintenance or if there's a specific procedure I'm missing. Any guidance on how to get back into my account would be hugely appreciated.

Have you checked if your Caps Lock is on? It's a simple thing, but it happens to everyone.

I had this exact issue last month. It turned out the platform was running a scheduled update, and they temporarily locked accounts until the migration was complete. You might need to wait 24 hours and try again.

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies. Sometimes old data interferes with the login process, even if the credentials are correct.

Wait, did you try using a completely different browser, like switching from Chrome to Firefox? Sometimes the site has compatibility issues with certain browsers.

I recommend contacting their dedicated support line directly. Since the password reset link is failing, they will need to verify your identity through other means. Don't rely only on the automated system.

I agree with the cache suggestion. It fixed it for me. Also, make sure your time zone settings are correct in your profile, as that sometimes trips up authentication.

Has anyone found an alternative support email? The general contact form seems to be bouncing back to an error page too.

My experience was that the error message 'credentials are incorrect' was actually a generic catch-all for multiple issues, including IP bans or system maintenance. I waited until the following business day and it worked.

Yes, I had the same problem. I was told by support that my account was flagged for unusual activity, so I had to wait for a manual reset. You might need to call them.

It's possible the issue is on your end, maybe related to your network or VPN. Try logging in using a stable, non-VPN connection.

Don't worry too much. These things happen. If you can't get through the automated reset, you really need to escalate it by phone or email to a human agent. They can manually verify your details.

To respond to the previous comment: I think calling them is the best bet. Relying on the website's self-service tools when they are glitching is just a waste of time.

I'm going to try the VPN advice. Thanks for the tips, everyone. I'll keep you posted!
