Having trouble logging into 10bet casino? Any tips for the new system?

Hi everyone, I'm trying to access my account on 10bet, but the login process seems a bit confusing lately. I've tried using both my email and my phone number, but it keeps giving me an error message. Has anyone successfully logged in recently? I'm worried I might have forgotten my password or that there's a technical issue with their site. If anyone has gone through the verification process recently, could you share what steps worked best? Any advice on bypassing the current login hurdle would be greatly appreciated.

I finally got through by using a completely different device, specifically an older laptop that wasn't connected to my usual network. It seems like they are flagging IP addresses or devices that log in too frequently. I recommend trying a different network connection, maybe using mobile data instead of your home Wi-Fi. Also, make sure you are using the official 10bet site URL, as there are many phishing attempts out there right now. It took me nearly an hour, but I finally reset my password through the 'Forgot Password' link on the main page, and that worked.

I agree with the mobile app suggestion. The desktop site is glitchy right now. I logged in successfully using the iOS app this morning.

Have you tried Chrome vs Safari? Sometimes browser compatibility is the culprit.

I used my email, but I had to click the 'Verify via Email' link that was sent to a secondary address I forgot about. Double check all your linked accounts.

That's a good point about secondary emails. I also found that logging in using the 'Username' field instead of the email address worked for me.

I think the issue is with their two-factor authentication setup. They changed the SMS gateway, and it's causing delays. Just wait for the SMS code to arrive, don't request it multiple times.

Check your spam folder for verification emails. It's the most common oversight.
