I disagree with the 'just wait' advice. While processing time is normal, being unable to get a clear timeline from support is unacceptable. I found that calling their dedicated support line during peak hours (like 2 PM GMT) actually got me a much better estimate than using the chat bot. Be persistent and ask for a supervisor.
