Hi everyone, I'm trying to use the updated HR portal section on the intranet, but I keep running into an error message when I try to download my payslip history. I've checked my credentials multiple times and cleared my browser cache, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this specific login issue this week? I need this information for my personal records and I'm worried it's a system-wide bug. Any advice on a workaround or who I should contact in IT to get this fixed would be greatly appreciated.

Me too. It's been giving me a 404 error when I hit the download button, no matter what browser I use.

I think it might be a temporary server overload issue. HR usually posts an update on the main intranet banner if there's a system-wide bug. Have you checked the main announcements page?

Did you try accessing it via the desktop application instead of the web portal? Sometimes the mobile/web interface has glitches that the main system doesn't.

I had the same issue yesterday. My manager told me to email Payroll directly with my employee ID and the specific dates I needed. It bypassed the portal entirely, which was much faster.

Replying to the user above: @[User] I tried emailing payroll, but they just told me to wait for IT to fix the portal. They sounded pretty frustrated, like they knew about the bug.

Short answer: Clear your cookies AND your cache. Seriously, that's usually the fix for these kinds of portal issues. It's rarely the system, it's your browser.

I found a workaround. If you navigate to the old payslip download page (the one that was decommissioned last year), sometimes the system redirects you to the correct, working link for the new module. It's a hack, but it works for me.

Has anyone successfully used the 'Export Data' function instead of the 'Download PDF' button? I'm getting a 'permission denied' error, and I was wondering if there was an alternative method for bulk downloading.

Replying to the user who suggested emailing Payroll: @[User] I tried that, but they said they can't manually pull it because the whole system is flagged for maintenance until Friday. I'm stuck until then.

I'm having the exact same problem. I'm using Chrome and I cleared everything. Maybe it's specific to the payslip history section? I can access my current payslip fine, but the archive section gives me an error.

Please check if there's a status page linked on the intranet. Sometimes the IT team posts an estimated time of resolution (ETR) there, which is more reliable than asking people in the forum.
