I just signed up for the premium package for Novoline online and I'm really excited to start the advanced modules. However, when I try to click into the 'Module 4: Advanced Analytics' section, it keeps giving me a 'permission denied' error. I've already checked my subscription status on the main dashboard, and it shows everything is active and paid up to date. Has anyone else experienced this specific issue? I've tried clearing my browser cache and using Chrome instead of Safari, but the problem persists. Any advice on troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated so I don't lose momentum on my learning goals.

Did you try accessing it via the dedicated desktop application instead of the web browser?

This is frustrating. I had the exact same issue last month. It turned out to be a server-side glitch that Novoline needed to manually reset for my account. You might need to contact their support team directly and mention the specific error code if one appears.

Check your user profile settings. Sometimes advanced modules require you to explicitly opt-in or complete a prerequisite quiz before the permission is granted.

Try logging out completely, waiting five minutes, and then logging back in. Simple, but it often fixes session-related permission errors.

I think it might be related to your billing cycle. Even if the dashboard says 'active,' sometimes the payment processor takes 24 hours to fully update the module access rights. Give it a day.

Are you sure your account is linked to the correct email address? I once had access issues because I used a different email for payment than the one I used to register.

I agree with the suggestion about checking the billing cycle. When I had this, I was sure I paid, but I was actually using a trial card that had expired. It was a sneaky mistake.

Have you checked if your browser has any strict ad-blockers or privacy extensions running? Sometimes these can accidentally block the scripts needed to validate your premium status and grant access.

Maybe the module itself is broken. Try reporting the error directly through the 'Contact Support' link found at the bottom of the module page, rather than just posting here. They might track specific module failures.

The desktop app is definitely the way to go. The web interface seems to be having issues with session management right now. Download the Novoline client and try logging in there.

Wait, when you say 'permission denied,' does it give any specific error code? That code is crucial for support to diagnose the issue quickly. Please provide it if you can.

I had this exact problem. It was a known bug on their side. They released a patch last week, but if you are using an older browser version, it might not have updated yet. Make sure Chrome and Safari are fully updated.

If none of the above work, consider contacting Novoline support and asking them to manually verify your module access rights in their backend system. Don't just rely on the dashboard display.

I recommend contacting support and asking if there are any required system updates or dependencies I might be missing on my end. Sometimes the platform requires a specific plugin to be installed for advanced features to work.

Try using a completely different device, like a tablet or a phone, just to rule out any local network or computer-specific conflicts. It helps isolate the problem quickly.
