I've been playing on Mr Mike Slots for a few weeks now and generally love the variety of games. However, I tried to withdraw my winnings yesterday, and the process seems stuck in 'pending' status. I checked the FAQ and everything looks correct, but it's been over 48 hours already. Has anyone else experienced delays with their withdrawal requests recently? I'm worried if there's a known issue with their payment system or if I need to contact support through a different channel. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same thing last month. They told me it was a system update delay, which took about 72 hours to clear. It was frustrating, but it eventually went through. Make sure you have all your KYC documents uploaded and verified first, as that is usually the bottleneck. Also, check if they have a specific withdrawal method that is known to be slower than others. Sometimes using a different payment gateway can speed things up. Don't panic, but definitely keep an eye on their official announcements page for any known maintenance windows. It's possible they are processing a large volume of withdrawals right now, which can naturally cause backups. If 48 hours have passed and you are certain your details are perfect, I would recommend sending a polite follow-up email to their dedicated support ticket system, referencing the exact transaction ID. Be sure to keep records of all your communications with them. It's always better to have a paper trail in case you need to escalate the issue later. I hope yours clears up soon!

I think it's related to the bank's side. My bank flagged the withdrawal as suspicious, and it took them three days to approve it. I had to call them directly and ask what the delay was. It wasn't the site, it was my bank's security protocols. This happened to me, so maybe check with your own bank's customer service just to rule that out. They might see a pending transaction notification on their end that can give you a clearer idea of where the money is stuck. It's a common issue, so don't feel like you are alone in this.

Hey, @UserMikeSlotsWithdrawals, I agree with the bank theory. My withdrawal was delayed because I used a new payment method that the system didn't recognize immediately. They needed manual verification, which added a day. It's really frustrating when you just want your money, but it seems like they make it complicated. Maybe try withdrawing to a method you have used successfully before? That usually bypasses the extra security checks and speeds things up considerably. I hope this helps you get your funds released quickly!

I also had trouble. I think they are having payment processor issues. I posted about this on a different forum and got some confirmation that they are experiencing technical difficulties with their payment gateway. Maybe waiting until the end of the week will help.
