Have you tried using the dedicated mobile website instead of the app? Sometimes the browser version is more stable, especially for deposits. I used Chrome and it worked fine for me last night.

Short answer: Use a VPN. Seriously. It bypassed everything for me. The connection seems to be throttling something specific to my region's IP address when I use the official app.

The APK method is risky, guys. I wouldn't recommend it unless you know exactly what you are doing. I prefer sticking to the official channels and troubleshooting the settings first.
