Hi everyone, I'm trying to log into my account for Rainbow Riches but I keep getting an 'invalid credentials' error, even though I'm absolutely sure I'm using the correct username and password. I've tried resetting my password twice already, and it still won't seem to connect. Has anyone else run into this specific issue lately? I'm worried my account might be locked out or maybe there's a server problem on their end. Any advice on what I should try next would be greatly appreciated!

Have you checked if Caps Lock is on? It sounds silly, but it happens all the time.

I had this exact issue last month. It turned out the site was doing maintenance and temporarily blocking logins. Try waiting until the next day and attempting it again.

Maybe try logging in via a different browser, like switching from Chrome to Firefox. Sometimes cached data causes credential errors.

Did you try clearing your browser's cache and cookies completely? That often fixes weird login glitches.

I think it might be an account suspension. If you haven't logged in for a while, they might have flagged it. You'll need to contact customer support directly for an account review.

Are you sure you are using the correct domain? Sometimes people accidentally use a mirror site or an outdated link.

User 4's suggestion about clearing cache is solid. I did that and it immediately resolved my 'invalid credentials' problem. It's always the simplest fix!

If none of the above work, you absolutely must contact their dedicated support line. Do not rely on forum advice for account security issues. Get them to manually verify your details.

I used a VPN to try logging in, and it worked! It seems like their IP detection system might be flagging my usual location. Give that a shot.

Has anyone noticed if this error is specific to certain payment methods? Sometimes the login system ties into the billing portal and gets confused.

I agree with the VPN suggestion. Sometimes the geo-blocking is the culprit. It's frustrating when the site itself is the problem, not the user.

Wait, I think I remember reading somewhere that they changed their login protocol recently. Maybe they require a two-factor authentication setup that you haven't completed yet.

If you've already reset your password twice, maybe try resetting it a third time, but use a completely different email address just to rule out an associated account lock.

I'm going to try the dedicated support line first thing tomorrow morning. Hopefully, they can see the server error on their end.

Don't panic. This is a common issue. Try logging in using the mobile app instead of the desktop site. Sometimes the platforms sync differently.

I think the issue might be with your username format. Are you sure you aren't supposed to use your full email address as the username, rather than a display name?

To reply to the suggestion about the mobile app: I already tried it, and I got the exact same 'invalid credentials' error. So, I think the problem is definitely on their server side, not mine.

Check for any required updates on your operating system or browser. Sometimes security patches break compatibility with older web applications like this.
