I've been trying to access my account for a few days now, but I keep running into an error message that just says 'Invalid credentials.' I've double-checked my username and password multiple times, and I'm positive I'm using the correct information. I tried the 'Forgot Password' link, but it seems to be sending the reset email to an old address I no longer use. Has anyone else experienced this issue recently, or maybe found a workaround? Any advice on getting back into my account would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? Sometimes old data interferes with the login script, even if your credentials are correct. It's a classic fix, but often overlooked.

I had this exact issue last month. It turned out the platform was undergoing maintenance, and they temporarily disabled standard login until the patch was applied. Check their official status page if they have one.

Check if your account is locked out. Many platforms automatically lock accounts after too many failed attempts for security reasons. You might need to wait an hour or contact support directly.

If the 'Forgot Password' link is sending emails to an old address, you absolutely need to contact RagingBull support through another channel. Do not rely on the automated reset function until they verify your current contact details.

Did you try logging in via a different device, like a mobile app or a different computer? Sometimes the issue is local to your specific machine's network settings or VPN.

I think the issue might be related to the username format. Are you sure you are using the email address associated with the account, or is it a unique user ID? Try both just in case.

My advice is to call their dedicated customer service line. Emailing them might get lost in the spam or queue. A phone call forces a direct conversation and they can check the backend status of your account immediately.

It's possible they changed the login portal URL recently. Make sure you are on the main, official RagingBull domain and not a mirror or cached link.

I found that switching browsers (e.g., from Chrome to Firefox) solved it for me. Sometimes specific browser extensions conflict with the login form's JavaScript.

I agree with the user who suggested clearing the cache. I did that, and it worked. It's always the simplest solution, isn't it? Don't overlook the basics!

Has anyone else noticed if this is happening only to users in a specific geographical region? It could be a regional server outage.

If the password reset email is going to an old address, you need proof of identity. Be prepared to provide account details, maybe old transaction IDs, or even a photo ID when you speak to them.

I recommend submitting a support ticket via their website, but in the description, explicitly state that the 'Forgot Password' link is failing due to an outdated email address.

Wait, did you check if your account status is 'Active'? Sometimes accounts lapse if there's an outstanding subscription fee or compliance issue. Check your email inbox (including spam) for billing alerts.

I'm going to try logging in using a VPN set to a different country. Just a long shot, but sometimes geo-blocking can trigger an 'invalid credentials' error.

If you are using an API key or programmatic access, the credentials might be expiring. Check the documentation for key rotation requirements. That's a common source of 'invalid credentials' errors for advanced users.

A professional suggestion: try contacting their dedicated technical support line. They have access to backend logs that can tell you exactly why the system is rejecting your login attempts. Don't waste time on forum guesses.

Does anyone know if they have a temporary web form for support tickets that bypasses the main login portal? The current system seems completely jammed.
