Hi everyone, I've been trying to access my account since this morning, but I keep getting an error message even though I'm sure my credentials are correct. It seems like the system might have changed something or perhaps there's a temporary glitch with the login portal. I tried using the mobile app and the desktop site, but the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced this 'login paddy power' error recently? Any advice on whether I should wait for a server fix or if there's a specific troubleshooting step I'm missing? Thanks in advance for the help!

Me too. It's been happening since the 10 AM update. I think they messed up the API connection.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? That usually fixes most login glitches, even if it feels like a long shot. Sometimes the old data conflicts with the new system.

I had the exact same issue yesterday. It wasn't a glitch, though. I realized I had two-factor authentication enabled on my personal email account, and I had to update the recovery method linked to Paddy Power. It was a simple setting change, but it was the fix.

Wait, did you check if you are using the correct username? Sometimes the system defaults to an old format after an update, especially if you used an email address previously.

The support team confirmed this is a known issue. They advised waiting 24 hours for a server-side patch. Don't worry, they are aware of the widespread login failure.

I agree with the support team's advice. Trying too many times just risks locking the account temporarily. Patience is key here.

Did you try a completely different device? Like logging in via a tablet if you were using a laptop, or vice versa. Sometimes the issue is localized to the specific browser profile you are using.

Seriously, try resetting your password using the 'Forgot Password' link, even if you think your credentials are correct. It forces the system to re-verify your identity and often bypasses the temporary glitch.

I tried that, and it failed too. I think the issue is definitely on their end, not mine. I'm going to wait until tomorrow morning.

If waiting doesn't work, you must contact customer support directly via phone. Don't rely only on the web chat, as that might also be experiencing the update issues.

I had the same problem. I ended up logging in successfully after I cleared my browser cache and cookies. It was the cache conflict. Thanks for the tip!

Long story short: Check your email for any password reset instructions or security alerts from Paddy Power. They might have proactively sent out a link or required action.

Are you sure you haven't accidentally entered a space or special character in your password? It sounds silly, but it happens all the time when typing quickly.

I'm going to follow the advice to wait 24 hours. It's frustrating, but I hope a server fix resolves it quickly. Thanks for the collective troubleshooting!

My advice is to take a screenshot of the error message. When you contact support, having that specific error code will speed up the diagnosis immensely. It's much better than just saying 'it doesn't work.'

I'm going to try the mobile app again, but this time I'm going to force close it completely and restart my phone. Sometimes the app needs a hard reset to reconnect to the updated server.
