Hi everyone, I'm considering trying out www galabingo for some online bingo sessions, but I've seen mixed reviews online. Before I commit any money, I was hoping someone who has actually played could give me an honest rundown. Specifically, I'm curious about the user interface and if the payouts are reliable. I've played a few times. The interface is pretty slick, much better than some of the competitors. Payouts seem reliable enough, but be careful not to chase losses. They have decent support chat, too, which was helpful when I had a technical glitch.

Totally agree with the payout concerns. I had a payout issue last month, and customer support took over 48 hours to even acknowledge my ticket. That's unacceptable for an online gambling site. Be prepared for slow service.
