I've been playing at N1 Casino for about two months now and generally had a good time. However, I just tried to withdraw a significant amount and the process has been extremely slow. I was told it would take 24 hours, but it's been over 72 hours and I haven't seen any updates. Has anyone else experienced delays like this? I'm worried if the withdrawal system is reliable, because the bonuses they offer are great, but the payout process seems questionable right now. Any advice on who I should contact or if this is a known issue?

Seriously, 72 hours is unacceptable. I had a withdrawal last week that took nearly four days. They need to improve their payout speed immediately.

I've been dealing with this exact issue. Customer support was useless, just giving generic 'patience' advice. I recommend checking if your withdrawal method is flagged for manual review.

Short and sweet: Contact your bank directly. Sometimes the delay isn't the casino, but the receiving institution.

I think the problem might be related to the bonus structure. If you used a lot of bonus funds, they often hold the withdrawal until you meet very specific, sometimes impossible, wagering requirements. Have you checked the T&Cs for any hidden clauses?

Wait, @UserA, did you try withdrawing a smaller amount first? Sometimes they glitch the large transfers, but small ones go through fine. It's a weird workaround, but it helped me last month.

I agree with the previous poster. The support team is notoriously slow to respond, and when they do, they are unhelpful. I'd suggest escalating the ticket via email rather than relying on live chat.

My experience was totally different. Mine was processed in under 12 hours, no issues. Maybe it's just a bad day for the payment processor or the specific time zone you are in.

Reply to @UserA: Are you sure you submitted all the KYC documents they requested? Sometimes if one piece of ID is blurry or incomplete, they put the withdrawal on hold indefinitely until it's perfect. Double check that everything is crystal clear.

It's a known issue with N1. They prioritize attracting new players with massive bonuses, but they severely underinvest in their backend withdrawal processing. Just be prepared for delays, no matter what they promise.

I'm going to try withdrawing through a different method. I used e-wallet last time, and it was instant. Maybe the bank transfer system is what's failing right now.

This is ridiculous. I spent hours on their site, playing through the bonuses, only for the payout to be this nightmare. I'm considering taking my funds to a competitor who has better payout reliability.

To add to what was said before: Always keep records of every communication. Screenshot the confirmation emails, the ticket numbers, and the initial estimated payout date. If you need to dispute it, having a paper trail is everything.

Just wait. They always pay out eventually. It's just their way of making you feel anxious until you see the money hit your account. Patience is key, I guess.

Has anyone found a specific email address for the finance department that bypasses the general support queue? I'm tired of dealing with the automated responses.
