I had a terrible experience with support. They were useless outside of business hours. Seriously, don't rely on them if you need help late at night. It was frustrating trying to get a simple withdrawal query resolved.

The bonuses are fine if you play through them quickly. But seriously, check out the T&Cs for the specific game you like. Some bonuses are only valid on certain slots, which is a huge catch.
